All of my classes are for adults only.
Please note: If you are late for the warm up at the start of class you will be unable to join in the class. This is for your own safety and to avoid injury.
Please remove rings and loose jewellery before entering the studio. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of property whilst you are in the studio.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness for all students and to allow Active Cherry to continue offering a supportive and sustainable space, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
• All classes must be booked and paid for in advance.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any class booking.
• A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule all Reiki sessions and treatments.
Cancellations made outside of these notice periods will result in the loss of the class or session credit. No refunds or transfers will be offered.
Class packs and memberships cannot be paused, held, or extended under any circumstances.
All bookings are non-transferable and cannot be passed to another person.
These policies allow us to keep classes accessible, operate fairly for everyone, and continue providing a safe, welcoming space for movement, healing and community. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Class packs each have their own expiry dates. They start on the date of your first registration and last their own amount of time depending on which one you purchase. Please check these individual terms before you buy. Class packs cannot be refunded, exchanged, extended or transferred under any circumstances whatsoever.
Please inform your instructor if you have any additional needs before booking so we can ensure your safety and to give you the best service we can.
Refusal of Admission & Conduct Policy
Active Cherry is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for all students, staff and visitors.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from a class, workshop or event without refund if they are deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if their behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, threatening, harassing, bullying or otherwise upsetting to others.
This includes, but is not limited to, any behaviour, language or actions that are discriminatory or harmful toward others on the basis of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, body size or ability. This explicitly includes members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Any conduct that compromises the physical safety, emotional wellbeing or sense of inclusion of others will not be tolerated. Active Cherry operates as a body-positive, consent-led and community-focused space, and we expect all participants to treat one another with respect.
If a participant is refused admission or removed due to conduct, no refunds, credits or transfers will be issued.

Filming & Photography Policy
We love seeing you record your progress and we’re always happy when you share your wins and tag us. That said, please be mindful and respectful when filming or photographing in class.
No one should be filmed or photographed without their prior consent. If other students appear in the background of your footage, please either ask their permission before posting or blur them out. We’re fortunate to have a large enough space that allows you to film away from others, so please make use of this and do your best to avoid capturing other students unintentionally.
If someone has appeared in your footage by accident, please check with them before sharing or ensure they are blurred before posting. Once shared, feel free to tag us.
Filming and photography should never interfere with the flow of the class or instruction. Please wait until an appropriate moment or until you are invited to film or take photos, so as not to disturb other students or the instructor.
